FAQs
Is stem cell therapy safe?
Yes. Our stem cell products are minimally manipulated and FDA-regulated under Section 361 as Human Cells, Tissues, and Cellular Products (HCT/Ps). They meet all standards for donor screening, tissue processing, and safety.
What is the Frequency of Treatments for Stem Cell IV Therapy?
For all chronic conditions, the general recommendation is 3 sessions spaced 1-2 months apart. A patient may receive great benefits after only one session, but that’s more of an exception other than the rule. If a patient achieves great results with only one or two sessions, they don’t have to have the remaining sessions, unless a booster treatment is required as a later point. For longevity purposes, it is the same dose calculation every 3 to 6 months.
How long before I see the benefits of a stem cell IV Treatment?
Results vary by individual and condition. Some people may notice benefits right away, while for others it may take longer. Acute injuries or conditions often respond more quickly, while chronic issues, due to long-term inflammation, may require more time to improve. Neurological conditions, in particular, can take longer to respond.
Is your topical cream safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. It’s made from clean, all-natural ingredients and is safe for all skin types..
Quality & Safety
All donor tissues are U.S.-sourced from healthy mothers after elective C-sections. Donors are screened through a rigorous process including health history, lab testing, and physician evaluation. Tissues are tested for over 20 infectious agents and processed in a certified, sterile lab. No donors who received the COVID-19 vaccine are accepted.
Tissue Sourcing & Quality Assurance Summary
Our lab sources all birth tissue from pre-screened U.S.-based donors, exceeding FDA standards. Donors are screened for pathogens and high-risk lifestyles, and mothers follow a physician-monitored nutrition and vitamin regimen to optimize tissue health.
We use proprietary technology to preserve cell viability and halt apoptosis post-thaw. All products undergo enhanced viral and bacterial testing, including a 2-week quarantine before release.
Stem Cell Markers & Testing
We test for key markers (e.g., CD90, CD73, HLA-DR, VEGF, FGF-2) to confirm stem cell presence and quality. Independent 3rd-party tests show our stem cells contain over 20% mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), far above the industry norm (~1%). Our lab was also first to confirm MSC colony formation using CFU assays, with consistently high results.
Advantages Over Other Products:
Rich in growth factors and cytokines, including TIMP-2 (associated with cognitive support)
Enables controlled, repeatable dosing tailored to patient needs
Verified via CFU assay to confirm active, viable MSC populations
Sourced exclusively from rigorously screened U.S.-based donors
Processed in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant lab for maximum safety and consistency
What Sets Our Extraction Process Apart?
We use a proprietary, enzyme-free extraction method that adheres to FDA guidelines for minimal manipulation. Upon arrival, donated tissue is immediately placed in a nutrient-rich solution—notice or saline—to preserve cell viability. It is then thoroughly cleaned and processed using advanced separation and purification techniques.
Unlike products that isolate cells only from Wharton’s Jelly, our process extracts from the full umbilical cord and amniotic membrane, resulting in a broader range of regenerative cell types and a more complete therapeutic product.
About the Product:
Our stem cells contain a potent combination of regenerative components: MSCs, hematopoietic progenitor cells, fibroblasts, endothelial progenitor cells, mononuclear cells, exosomes, and a robust extracellular matrix—suspended in a nutrient-rich medium. This makes it one of the most comprehensive and powerful stem cell products available.
What Makes our Stem Cells Unique
Our stem cell product is derived from placental tissue and stands out for its use of the entire placental matrix—including umbilical cord blood, cord tissue, and amniotic membrane. It contains a high concentration of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) (over 20% of the total cell population), which are known for their regenerative, anti-inflammatory, immune-modulating, and antimicrobial properties.
Compared to autologous stem cells (sourced from a patient’s own fat, blood, or bone marrow), our stem cells are harvested from healthy, full-term births, offering younger, more active cells without the accumulated damage associated with aging. This allows for non-invasive delivery, avoids patient harvesting procedures, and provides high-quality cells regardless of age or health status.
